We want you to love your Ciao Lucia pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
